Copper spoons with feather handles by DMG Design in Baldwin, ME

DMG Design

Danielle Goulette is the artist and maker behind DMG Designs, a one-woman metal and jewelry studio located in the picturesque western mountains of Maine. With a BFA in Metalsmithing & Jewelry from the Maine College of Art, Danielle spent over a decade in Portland growing her business before purchasing a small piece of land in the mountains, where she now creates her work.

At DMG Designs, Danielle specializes in hand-forging and hammering techniques, drawing inspiration from the natural world. Her designs are characterized by organic patterns and textures, such as delicate feather motifs, flower-inspired shapes, and the raw beauty of forged metal. Each piece reflects her love of nature, adding a distinctive, earthy touch to both jewelry and home décor.

Danielle works primarily with sterling silver, gold, copper, and brass, offering a range of made-to-order designs as well as one-of-a-kind creations. Every piece is crafted with care and intention, designed to bring the natural beauty of Maine into the lives of those who wear or display it.
